Here is a cute Elephant Stick Puppet craft that is perfect for preschoolers! I love stick puppets because they are so easy for preschoolers to make, hold, and fun playing with 🙂 Print off my free elephant craft template and make your own stick puppet to go along with your favorite elephant book. This elephant is holding a paintbrush to go with Ellie by Mike Wu. Ellie is a cute little elephant who is a gifted painter!
Supplies Needed:
- template
- crayons
- scissors
- glue
- craft stick (I used the jumbo sized craft, but the skinnier one should work just fine)
How To:
This craft is pretty quick and easy. Print the template — it is a free PDF.
Color your elephant and it’s paintbrush.
Cut out the elephant.
Then glue a craft stick to the back of your picture. Once it is dry, let the puppet fun begin!
